M.I.D. London Gazette 7 July 1919.

In March 1918 he is listed as being employed at the Headquarters of the Administrative Services and Departments as a Deputy Assistant Engineer, Port Construction, with the rank of Temporary Major. In April 1919, in the same departments he was employed as Deputy Assistant Director of Transportation with the same temporary rank. Russian decoration not confirmed.
