George Stockwell enlisted in the Royal Berkshire Regiment in 1907. The regiment took part in the Delhi Durbar celebrations of 1911. In the Great War Stockwell entered the France/Flanders theatre of war on 6 November 1914 and was discharged in 1920. For his war services he was awarded the 1914 Star with clasp, British War and Victory Medals. Sold with copied m.i.c. and some other research.
