With copied certificate affirming that Richard Tickner, late of the 56th Foot, was admitted as an Out-Pensioner of H.M. Royal Hospital at Chelsea, on 21 April 1857, and received a pension of 7d per diem for a period of three years; dated 22 April 1857.
