A commemorative pin badge for the round the world flight of the German airship D-LZ 127 Graf Zeppelin from 8 to 29 August 1929; large white metal example bearing black title circlet ‘Friedrichshafen. Tokio. Los Angeles. Lakehurst.’ with an applied lightly domed centre displaying a map North and South America with the letters 'L-A' for (Los Angeles) and 'L' for (Lakehurst NJ); the reverse impressed with German maker's details ‘F’ ‘L’ ‘L’ each letter in a circle 'Friedrich Linden Ludenscheid'., with original pin fitting; together with a French Bombardier Brevet badge with two lugs, white metal laurel wreath and gilded wing, star and bomb, with maker’s mark for Drago, Paris; and a white metal Monarch Steamship Co.
