Harry C. Walpole served with the Norfolk Regiment during the Great War in Mesopotamia from 30 July 1915. He later joined the Royal Engineers.

Herbert George Cooper,
originally from Burgh St Peter in Norfolk, served with the Suffolk Regiment during the Great War on the Western Front from 15 May 1915 and was killed in action on 10 days later 25 May, the last day of the Battle of Ypres. He has no known grave and is commemorated on the Ypres (Menin Gate) Memorial, Belgium.

James Cooper
was born in Bolton, Lancashire, and attested for the Suffolk Regiment at Haverhill. He served with them during the Great War on the Western Front from 30 May 1915 and was killed in action during the Battle of Loos on 24 November 1915. He has no known grave and is commemorated on the Loos Memorial.

Bertie Tuffin, a native of Sudbury, Suffolk, attested for the Essex Regiment and served with the 1st Battalion in the Gallipoli theatre of War from 17 May 1915. He was killed in action on 6 June 1915; he has no known grave and is commemorated on the Helles Memorial, Turkey.
