Roman, bronze Cupid (Eros), 1st-2nd cent. AD, 8.7cm x 4.6cm, standing nude male figure, weight resting on right leg with left leg drawn back, right arm bent at the elbow and holding a torch, left arm extended forwards holding a bow, a pair of small wings behind his shoulders, head angled slightly right with circular indented eyes, prominent knot of hair above his forehead with curls of hair swept backwards. Very fine condition with a smooth green patina £240-£280
