William K. Stewart was born in Alyth, Perth. He served during the Great War with the 10th (Service) Battalion, Scottish Rifles. Stewart died of wounds, 30 March 1918, and is buried in the Duisans British Cemetery, Etrun, Pas de Calais, France.

James Russell Sutherland was born in Barony, Glasgow. He served during the Great War with the 6th Battalion, Cameron Highlanders. Sutherland was killed in action, 23 March 1918, and is buried in the Faubourg D’Amiens Cemetery, Arras, France.
