Walter Edward Boulton served during the Great War with the Royal Army Medical Corps, and was commissioned Second Lieutenant in the Labour Corps on 17 October 1917.

Peter McKay attested for the Royal Inniskilling Fusiliers on 2 February 1915, and served during the Great War in the Gallipoli theatre of War from 11 August 1915. He transferred to the Northumberland Fusiliers, and was discharged on account of shrapnel wounds on 16 April 1918 (entitled to Silver War Badge).
