Shovelier, 15 Belmont Rd., Westgate’; the address part of the medal forwarding box - ‘Mr T. L. Shovelier, 59 Lansdown Place, Hove’; medal forwarding slip; official envelope (mounted on card) giving both the above addresses; 21 Army Group Message of Thanks Card from Field Marshal Montgomery; P.O. Savings Account Card (mounted on card).
