335279 Flight Sergeant Ronald Seagrave, R.A.F.V.R. was appointed an Acting Pilot Officer on probation in the Technical Branch of the R.A.F. on 4 February 1942 (Seniority 17 November 1941) (
London Gazette 7 April 1942). Promoted to Flying Officer (Electrical Engineer) in October 1942 and to Flight Lieutenant in July 1944, he retired as a Squadron Leader at the end of the war.

With medal forwarding box addressed to ‘S/L. R. Seagrave, 14 Doctor Lane, Mirfield, Yorkshire.’ With copied gazette extracts.
