Charles Rupert Casson was born in Holborn, London, c.1895. As a Lance-Corporal in the 10th Battalion Royal Fusiliers, he entered the France/Flanders theatre of war on 31 July 1915. With copied m.i.c., gazette extract and other research. Also with riband bar.
