After serving with the Natal Mounted Rifles at Elandslaagte and Ladysmith, William Russwürm was temporarily transferred to the Natal Volunteer Composite Regiment before joining 2nd Kitchener’s Fighting Scouts; sold with Medal & clasp roll verification.
