Charles II (1660-1685), Peace of Breda, 1667, “Favente Deo”, silver medal by Roettier, draped bust right, reverse Britannia seated by sea shore (MI i, 535/186); other early English commemorative medals in silver (5), including silver medal for the Peace of Utrecht by Croker, and copper (2). First a bold fine, but with some surface marks and quite a severe bruise to the reverse rim, the scarcer of the two varieties, others generally fair or fine, one pierced (8)
